Ethical Sourcing Program

As one of Australia's leading retailers and employers, we are committed to the communities in which we live and operate and to ensure we integrate good corporate behaviour in every aspect of our operations. Our values and behaviours provide a framework for how we do business, and to ensure our supplier relationships are both commercially and ethically responsible.

We are committed to the safe and ethical manufacture and supply of goods and services. The Ethical Sourcing Policy sets out minimum requirements and expectations that all suppliers, including sub-contractors engaged by suppliers, must meet in order to do business with us. Our Ethical Sourcing Policy and a Supplier Fact Sheet are available on the Housebrand Page of this website.

Coles Code of Conduct

Coles Group is committed to supporting and facilitating a culture of positive behaviour in our business. For this reason, there are a number of ways that concerns about improper behaviour and breaches of the Code of Conduct can be reported.

Team members, suppliers and others can report conduct they believe is illegal or in serious breach of our Code of Conduct and company policies by:

  • Calling STOPline 1300 304 550
  • Emailing coles@stopline.com.au or
  • Writing to Coles Group Ltd
    c/o The STOPline
    Locked Bag 8, Hawthorn

While calls to STOPline can be made anonymously, please bear in mind that this may increase the time needed to investigate the matter and have appropriate action taken.
